This page highlights all of the shipping and postage options we use here at Filtrew. If you have any questions about our shipping information, or have if you an issue with your order delivery, please contact us, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

⚠️   Please note that due to Covid-19, you may experience delays in shipping times and delivery dates.

DESPATCHING ORDERS 

Where possible, we endeavour to post your products on the next working day following the receipt of your order. You will receive a notification via email when your items have been despatched. Orders placed on the weekend will aim to be despatched on Monday, whenever possible.

In the unlikely event of the items you have ordered being out of stock, we will contact you with options of either refunding you order, exchanging with another product, or waiting for new stock to arrive.

Please note that we are a very small team with limited resources, whilst we endeavour to get your products to you as soon as possible, we may experience some inevitable delays on our end. Some items, such as Custom Posters, will require extra time to be despatched due to additional art-working.

⚠️   We are closely monitoring and adhering to government guidelines. All products are packaged in a safe environment.

UNITED KINGDOM DELIVERY 

We use Royal Mail with the following services depending on product size and weight:

Royal Mail Large Letter 2nd Class
Royal Mail Small Parcel 2nd Class

Both services typically take 3-4 working days but may take longer under some circumstances. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders can be extended by up to 2-3 additional days depending on time of year and location.

International DELIVERY 

We use Royal Mail with the following services depending on product size and weight:

Royal Mail International Standard Large Letter
Royal Mail International Standard Small Parcel 

European destinations generally take between 3-5 working days, whereas International orders can take between 6-7 working days. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders can be extended by up to 2-3 additional days depending on time of year and location. If you’re expecting a delivery, please try to be available in order to collect your delivery on arrival.

We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged a duty or customs fee when receiving international postage (this includes countries within Europe, but not in the EU). We recommend that you research the country of origin’s regulations on imported goods before purchasing. We do not prepay or cover any import fees.

COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO 

United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

MISSING ORDERS 

If your items haven’t arrived when expected, please follow the following steps in order

• Check all possible delivery locations around within proximity of your home (including neighbours, back garden, designated safe place etc.)
• Call or visit your local postal delivery office, your items may have been sent here without a slip through your postbox.

If neither of these result in locating your goods, please drop us a message with your name, email and order number. We’ll look into where your package is as soon as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We accept returns and exchanges providing the product is in perfect condition as was posted. If you’re looking to return or exchange an item, please read through our Returns Policy and fill out the returns form at the bottom of the page.
