Returns Policy

If you purchased a product you wish to return through our website, please include your order details in the returns form below to start the returns process. If you purchased your item in person, please use the same form however, highlight the details of the purchase location in the ‘Additional Information’ field.

Returns Request

We accept returns on all of our items providing they are in a resaleable condition. The item must be in original condition, unworn and unsued. In the unlikely event that a product has been returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may not be able to proceed with the refund or exchange, and thus may have to resend the item at a cost.

We can offer a full refund (excluding postage and shipping costs) on an order if you return it back to us within 30 days of your receipt of the item. Returns accepted after 30 days will be processed at our discretion. If a refund is requested, we will refund the card on which the original order was placed within 3 days of receipt of your return. The refund may take up to 10 days to complete dependent on the card issuer.

We will inform you once we have received your returned item(s), and inform you of the approval or rejection of your return request, including confirmation of a successfully processed refund.

 

Exchanges

If you are looking to exchange your product, please use the returns form below and select ‘Exchange’ under the ‘Option’ field. The same terms apply regarding condition of your returned item. Once we have received and checked the condition of your item, we will send you confirmation of your requested exchanged item, including the approved or rejected request. 

Provided the exchanged item is of the same value, the exchange will be free of charge, however each exchange will be looked at on an individual basis, and it will be at our discretion to accept or deny your request.

 

Postage

We are not responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). This includes your original order postage cost being non-refundable.

Where, and if possible, we would advise considering using a trackable shipping service in order to guarantee that we will receive the returned item. This includes keeping your postage receipt incase it fails to meet the intended destination. In the unfortunate event of the item going missing, you will then be able to claim by yourself to your postage carrier.

If you are returning goods from outside the UK please clearly mark the package as ‘returned goods free of duty and tax’ otherwise the goods will be unclaimed and returned to you.
